Help With Our PDFs

To help protect your investment in our content we have recently invested in Digital Rights Management (DRM) technology.  Protected documents are automatically identified by your Acrobat Reader and you will be prompted to enter your username and password.  This is the same username and password you used to login and download the document from our website.

Below you'll find a short video demonstrating how to open a protected document.

If you have trouble opening a document please check:

1) Are you connected to the internet?

The first time a document is opened you need to be connected to the internet so that your username and password can be confirmed for the document.  Once this has been done your details are held locally for the next 30 days and the document can be opened offline.

2) Do you have any plugins installed?

If you have plugins installed which have not been certified by Adobe then Reader may refuse to open the document as it is possible the plugin could allow unauthorised access to the content.  Please uninstall the plugin and try again to confirm this is the problem.

The video content presented here requires a more recent version of the Adobe Flash Player. If you are you using a browser with JavaScript disabled please enable it now. Otherwise, please update your version of the free Flash Player by downloading here.
